Boys and girls from Kindergarten through fifth grade or completion of Arrow of Light Award.

Who Can Join Scouts BSA?
- Youth ages 11-17 who join after they turn 11
- After March 1st of their 5th grade year if they are already registered with a cub scout pack
- After earning their Arrow of Light in the cub scout program

Youth and young adults ages 14-20.
